Our rates:
- Excludes a 1% Tourism Levy (where applicable) or any other government taxes or levies as may apply.
Check-in time is from 14h00 and check-out time is by 11h00 unless prior arrangement has been made.
Rooms are allocated on the day of arrival, therefore specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed.
GUARANTEE / PAYMENT POLICY:
In order to guarantee the above reservation, a 50% deposit will be required at time of reservation and payment in full must be received 30 days prior to arrival (or making the reservation within 30 days of arrival). Please indicate your guarantee preference on the attached page and fax or email it back to us by Should we receive no response from you by the above date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation at which time you will be advised in writing. Reservations that are made on the day of arrival that are not guaranteed will be released at 14h00.
We will endeavor to call you between 24 and 48 hours prior to arrival to confirm this reservation and the expected time of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Within 15 – 30 days of arrival, 50% of full accommodation account will be levied.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival, the full accommodation account will be levied.
In the event of premature departure, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.

NO-SHOW POLICY:
A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by fax or email. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of the rate applicable for the full stay plus 1% Tourism Levy and/or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.
